Can I see loose bi-colour tourmalines before I choose one?
Yes — that's how we work. Book a viewing or just walk in, sit down with the actual stones, and we'll discuss origin and treatment on every bi-colour tourmaline.
Are bi-colour tourmalines natural?
Bi-colour and watermelon tourmalines grow with two or more colours in a single natural crystal — pink-and-green is the classic 'watermelon'. They're often untreated; some are gently heated, and we disclose the status on every stone. At 7 to 7.5 on the Mohs scale they wear well in a ring.
