For three generations, our family has operated as private gem dealers, sourcing unheated, untreated, and certified colored gemstones from around the world. When you commission a piece with Skyjems, you are bypassing the traditional retail display case and gaining direct access to the archive.

Whether you are visiting our downtown Toronto vault in person, or collaborating with us remotely from across the country, we build your heirloom around the stone, exactly the way it should be done.

 

How the Bespoke Process Works

1. The Mandate & Curation Tell us your vision. Upon reviewing your parameters, David Saad will personally curate a selection of investment-grade gemstones from our private vault that match your desired color, origin, and comfort range.

2. The Architecture Once your stone is selected, we collaborate on the architecture of the piece. We will explore setting styles, metals, and structural details until the design perfectly reflects the milestone you are celebrating.

3. The Execution Your piece is handed over to our master goldsmiths in Toronto. Every commission is cast, set, and finished to museum-grade standards. For our remote clients, your final piece is delivered via fully insured, secure armored transit.
