Carnelian - By Price: Lowest to Highest

Carnelian has been used in jewellery adornments since ancient times and has been found in rings and signets made by the Greeks and Romans. The gemstone is thought to be named after the kornel cherry, which is similar in colour. Carnelian ranges in hue from brownish red to amber and orange, and while it is usually a solid colour, it can also feature bands or contain cloudy areas that make the stone appear to have lighter and darker zones. Sources of Carnelian include India, Brazil, Uruguay, and the United States (New Jersey and Oregon).

You can use the FILTER section in the left sidebar below to search by factors such as gem type, cut, price, carat weight, origin, and more.
